What Temperature to Cook Meatballs at
Cook these meatballs at 350°F in the oven or medium-high on the grill. This temperature ensures you end up with juicy and tender meatballs.
What Internal Temperature You Need to Reach
These meatballs should reach an internal temperature of 160°F. That is the safe cooking temperature for ground beef and ground pork. Always check the temperature with a meat thermometer. If the middle of the meatballs is 160°F, they are safe to remove from the heat.
How To Store Leftover Meatballs
Refrigerate meatballs for up to 3-4 in an airtight container. You can freeze them for longer if you have a freezer bag for them.
