Pulled pork is traditionally made by smoking a pork butt.
It is a great starting point for meat-smoking beginners (PLUS it also tastes great!)
There are so many ways to use pulled pork, from rolls, wraps, tacos, burritos, and sandwiches plus much more.
It’s easy to introduce different ingredients to change the flavor, such as chills, chocolate, or even smoked bacon.
At every cookout, the pulled pork is one of the first dishes to be finished.
So make sure you cook extra for leftovers the next day (you can thank me later!)
