These Traeger smoked Brussel sprouts are the perfect side dish. You can make them alongside a main or enjoy them by themselves, because anything topped with bacon is absolutely delcious
Prep the Brussels sprouts by washing and trimming the stems. Then cut them in half. Then add the sprouts to a bowl.
Add the oil & balsamic vinegar and mix thoroughly then add salt pepper and garlic & let sit for 20 minutes.
Add the bacon to the pan, and cook until just crisp. Remove, leaving the bacon drippings in the pan.
Place the onions, garlic, and sprouts in a cast iron pan. Toss to coat with the bacon fat and fry for a few minutes
Place in the grill for about 25 minutes or until tender. Shake the pan now and again to allow them to cook through evenly. Scatter the reserved crispy bacon over the sprouts and drizzle with extra balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
Once smoked, remove from the grill and serve immediately
