Ingredients
  

  • 1 long baguette
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 4 tbsp Italian parsley finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to 375 °F degrees/ the hottest temperature it will go to, let the grill heat up, by closing the lid and let the smoke build.
  • Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
    Note: Skip if your using frozen garlic bread. Also I thawed my garlic bread but if your using frozen garlic bread cook for an extra 2 minutes.

    Now the best tip for grilled garlic bread is to use melted butter instead of softened butter. That saves the butter dripping off and causing any flare-ups on the grill. You also don’t want to lose all that fabulous flavor! Melt the butter and add the crushed garlic and stir in a bowl. Brush the butter mixture on your chosen bread. Top with chopped parsley and grated cheeses.
  • Then grill your garlic bread face down onto your grill for 15 seconds then rotate 90° and grill for another 15 seconds to get some nice grill marks.
    Turn down your grill then flip garlic bread to toast the other side. Top with the cheese (optional) and allow the cheese to melt. Remove from the Traeger and serve.
