sliced smoked turkey

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Stir together the Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and black pepper.
Slice the rolls in half lengthwise, removing the tops in one piece. Place the bottom half of the rolls onto a sheet pan.
Spread the dijon mixture evenly over the bottom buns.
Arrange the smoked turkey slices over the bottom buns, folding each piece over one bun at a time for easier pulling apart.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the turkey.
Then place the top buns onto the sliders.
Melt butter, and stir in the minced garlic and chopped chives.
Brush the garlic butter over the tops of the rolls.
Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes, on the lowest rack.
Brush another layer of garlic butter. Bake uncovered for 10 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Serve immediately, and enjoy.
