Instructions
Step 1: Preparing the Peaches
Wash your peaches with cold water.
Cut them in half, remove the stones and stickers
Spoon and smooth out the flesh where the stone used to be.
Disregard the stones.
Step 2: Smoke the Peaches, Top With Brown Sugar and Cinnamon
Load your chosen type of wood chips, prime, and set your smoker to temperature settings of 225°F and wait until up to temp.
Place the peaches directly on the grill grates on medium-high heat.
Smoke for half an hour then flip upright and sprinkle with brown sugar mixed with cinnamon.
Smoke for another half an hour and remove.
Serve hot with ice cream!
