Peaches are absolutely delicious when cooked on the smoker! Just add a little brown sugar and cinnamon and you're in business!

  • Peaches
  • Brown sugar
  • Cinnamon

Instructions
 

Step 1: Preparing the Peaches

  • Wash your peaches with cold water.
  • Cut them in half, remove the stones and stickers
  • Spoon and smooth out the flesh where the stone used to be.
  • Disregard the stones.

Step 2: Smoke the Peaches, Top With Brown Sugar and Cinnamon

  • Load your chosen type of wood chips, prime, and set your smoker to temperature settings of 225°F and wait until up to temp.
  • Place the peaches directly on the grill grates on medium-high heat.
  • Smoke for half an hour then flip upright and sprinkle with brown sugar mixed with cinnamon.
  • Smoke for another half an hour and remove.
  • Serve hot with ice cream!
