Smoked garlic bread is the perfect addition to any meal, doesn't matter whether your having Italian, Mexican or Greek.

Wood Chips of choice
- Long baguette
- Melted unsalted butter
- Cloves of garlic minced
- Garlic salt
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Italian parsley finely chopped
Step 1 – Preheat the Grill
Preheat the grill to 375 °F degrees. If your grill can get hotter, you can use higher heat.
Close the lid and let the smoke build.
Step 2 – Prepare the Bread and Garlic Butter
Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
Combine the melted butter, garlic, and salt in a bowl.
Brush the butter mixture on the halved baguettes.
Step 3 – Smoke the Bread
Grill your garlic bread face down on your grill for 15 seconds. Next, rotate 90° and grill for 15 more seconds.
Watch it carefully so it doesn’t burn!
Lower the heat on the grill. Flip garlic bread to toast the other side.
Remove from the grill and top with some chopped parsley and grated cheese. Heat it for a few more seconds so the cheese starts to melt.
