Smoked Chocolate Chip Cookies
Smoked chocolate chip cookies made in the smoker, that come out chewy and declious
Equipment
- Smoker
- silicone baking mats or aluminum foil
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp. Baking soda
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 cup butter 2sticks, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat smoker to 350F
- Place inside and cook for 15 - 20 minutes
Notes
15 minutes in the smoker will give you chewier cookies and 20 minutes will give you crisper cookies.
