Steps - Coleslaw

  • Add the mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, white vinegar, salt and pepper to a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk together until fully combined.
  • Add in the coleslaw mix and stir well to combine.

How to Make This Recipe

  • Place your shredded pulled pork into a big pot.
  • Then heat the pot up until the pork is warm.
  • Pour about 4 tablespoons of the sauce you've just made into the pot and make sure that the meat is evenly coated.
  • Once that's done, take the pot off of the stove.
  • Be sure to save the rest of the sauce.
  • You can use it to top off the wraps, or even use it as a dipping sauce!
  • Place a torilla wrap on the chopping board, then put a scoop of the pulled pork onto it.
  • Top with coleslaw cabbage on top as you like. Then you can top it all off with a bit more of that sauce.
  • This step is optional but you can add on the chopped green spring onions and cilantro for that extra special touch.
  • Eat your beautiful creation!
