Homemade Coleslaw

coleslaw mix with red cabbage and carrots*

mayonnaise

lemon juice

of pulled pork shoulder
or a pound of pulled pork

of coleslaw
either the homemade from the recipe above or storebrought

Steps - Coleslaw
Add the mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, white vinegar, salt and pepper to a large mixing bowl.
Whisk together until fully combined.
Add in the coleslaw mix and stir well to combine.
How to Make This Recipe
Place your shredded pulled pork into a big pot.
Then heat the pot up until the pork is warm.
Pour about 4 tablespoons of the sauce you've just made into the pot and make sure that the meat is evenly coated.
Once that's done, take the pot off of the stove.
Be sure to save the rest of the sauce.
You can use it to top off the wraps, or even use it as a dipping sauce!
Place a torilla wrap on the chopping board, then put a scoop of the pulled pork onto it.
Top with coleslaw cabbage on top as you like. Then you can top it all off with a bit more of that sauce.
This step is optional but you can add on the chopped green spring onions and cilantro for that extra special touch.
