Ingredients

  • 1 pound freshly sliced deli turkey
  • 12 sliced Rolls you can use dinner rolls or sliders
  • 8 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Cut the dinner rolls in half horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom halves on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Layer half of the turkey evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls. Top with half of the pepper jack cheese, then repeat with the remaining turkey.
  • Combine sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and parsley.
  • Brush the sauce evenly over the tops and sides of the assembled rolls.
  • Cover the rolls with parchment paper or foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the cover and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let the rolls rest for 2-5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Note: For a more flavorful twist, consider adding a thin layer of cream cheese or spreadable butter to the bottom halves of the rolls before layering the turkey and cheese.
