Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Cut the dinner rolls in half horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom halves on the prepared baking sheet.
Layer half of the turkey evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls. Top with half of the pepper jack cheese, then repeat with the remaining turkey.
Combine sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and parsley.
Brush the sauce evenly over the tops and sides of the assembled rolls.
Cover the rolls with parchment paper or foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the cover and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let the rolls rest for 2-5 minutes before serving.
