Allow at least 45 minutes for the steak to come to room temperature before cooking.
You need to make sure your grill is clean. Turn it on and once it’s hot you can give it a quick wipe with newspaper. You should preheat your grill for about 10 minutes or until its 250° to 295°C
Then make sure you have seasoned both sides of your steak with some sea salt, cracked pepper, and olive oil. Give it a good rub into the meat.
After you have preheated your grill, place your steaks on it. You want to cook them over direct high heat.Once you have placed them, don't move them around. Let them cook on one side undisturbed until you can see that they are ready to be flipped. Around 3 minutes for medium-rare.For a rare steak, cook to 125 degrees F, Medium Rare to 135 degrees F, Medium to 145 degrees F, Medium Well 155 degrees F, Well Done to 160 degrees F. After 3 minutes flip the steaks and cook the other side for 3 minutes (for medium-rare) or see above for our chart on doneness.
After you have taken the steaks off the grill, allow them to sit for about 15 minutes
Enjoy!
