Whether you're hosting a festive dinner or a casual get-together, this grilled glazed spiral ham will impress all your guests and leave them wanting more!
Firstly, you'll want to position the ham flat side down in disposable aluminum pans to prepare it for grilling.
Step 2: Make The Glaze!
In a medium-sized bowl, you'll want to mix all the ingredients except for the ham thoroughly.
Next, use a brush or spoon to glaze between each slice of the ham and around its outer surface.
Step 3: Preheat Your Grill
Prepare the grill for indirect or two-zone grilling, with coals and smoke wood on one side and no heat on the other. Aim for a grill temperature of 325°F.
Step 4: Grill It Up!
Position the aluminum pan over the side of the grill with no coals. Cook for approximately 12-13 minutes per pound until the internal temperature reaches 140°F-150°F.
Brush or baste the exterior of the ham every 20-30 minutes during cooking.
Step 5: Let It Rest
When the ham's internal temperature reaches 140°F, remove it from the grill and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
