This grilled pork loin is super juicy and tender with a delcious crusty spice rub making it perfect for a cookout with friends, a holiday dinner or an easy weeknight meal.
Remove the pork from the packaging, then pat dry. Using a knife, make slits all around the pork, making a diamond pattern.
Combine all the rub ingredients in a bowl, then season the pork loin, covering it on all sides. Use four tablespoons of store-bought rub if you don’t want to make your rub.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the pork on the grill and cook for approximately 60-90 minutes, turning it occasionally to ensure even cooking. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Remove the pork from the grill and tent it with foil. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes to retain its juices.
