Oozy, gooey brie that is grilled on a cedar plank. The cedar gives it a deliciously smokey flavour while the gin-infused onions gives it a sweet note

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 wheels brie cheese
  • 3 t tbsp Topping of your chocie – I am using onions caramlized in gin
  • 1 whole cedar plank

Instructions
 

  • Soak your cedar plank in cold water for at least 2 hours. Preheat your grill to 400 F.
  • Prep your brie, by adding your chosen topping, I used caramelised onions in gin.
  • Place your plank on the grill and let it preheat for 10 minutes.
  • Open the lid and put the brie on the plank. Close lid and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
  • When cheese is soft and melted remove from the heat.
  • Add more toppings if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
