Oozy, gooey brie that is grilled on a cedar plank. The cedar gives it a deliciously smokey flavour while the gin-infused onions gives it a sweet note

- 1-2 wheels brie cheese
- 3 t tbsp Topping of your chocie – I am using onions caramlized in gin
- 1 whole cedar plank
Soak your cedar plank in cold water for at least 2 hours. Preheat your grill to 400 F.
Prep your brie, by adding your chosen topping, I used caramelised onions in gin.
Place your plank on the grill and let it preheat for 10 minutes.
Open the lid and put the brie on the plank. Close lid and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
When cheese is soft and melted remove from the heat.
Add more toppings if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
