For The Bread:
- 1 loaf Italian or French bread halved lengthwise
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
For The Cheese Topping:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 3 spigs parsley
Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for 3 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until combined.
Spread the garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of both bread halves.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella generously over each half, followed by the Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
Place the bread halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up. Depending on your air fryer size, you may need to work in batches.
Air fry at 360°F for 5–6 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
Remove carefully, slice into pieces, top with parsley and serve immediately.
