Ingredients
  

For The Bread:

  • 1 loaf Italian or French bread halved lengthwise
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

For The Cheese Topping:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 spigs parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for 3 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until combined.
  • Spread the garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of both bread halves.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella generously over each half, followed by the Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
  • Place the bread halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up. Depending on your air fryer size, you may need to work in batches.
  • Air fry at 360°F for 5–6 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
  • Remove carefully, slice into pieces, top with parsley and serve immediately.
