Fry your bacon and pat dry with a paper towel.
Then dice the bacon up.Set aside some bacon bits to use as a garnish.
Add the rest of the bacon bits and salt to the food processor and pulse until granulated. Refrigerate until later.
Preheat Traeger to 350°F.
Prepare the brownies according to the box directions. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons of caramel over the brownies.
Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of bacon salt over the brownies.
Smoke the brownies for about 20-25 minutes at 350°F and then remove them.
Add 2 more tablespoons of caramel sauce and 1 teaspoon of bacon salt over the brownies.
Return brownies to the grill grates and cook for about 20-25 more minutes.
They are ready when you can insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool for 5-10 minutes and then cut them.
You may want to serve the brownies with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
