Instructions
Step 1 - Preheat the Grill
Pre-heat the grill to 500°F.
Make sure the pellet grill grates are clean.
Step 2 - Prepare the Base
Stretch the dough out with your hands, to the desired size.
Try to keep the thickness even.
Dust lightly with cornflour to prevent it from sticking to the grill.
Step 3 - Pre-cook the Base
Place on the grill for 5-10 minutes, to cook one side.
Step 4 - Place the Toppings on the Base
Remove and turn over, so the grilled side is face up, raw side to the bottom.
Cover the pizza with sauce and toppings.
Top with cheese.
Step 5 - Cook the Pizza
Place the pizza back on the heated grill grates and close the lid.
Leave for 10-15 minutes.
Lift the base and check every few minutes to ensure the pizza crust isn't burning.
Step 6 - Remove and Serve
Once cooked, remove the pizza from the grill.
Slice and serve - enjoy!
