- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup chopped parsely
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 1 tablespoon pineapple juice contains bromelain enzyme for tenderizing
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or shake in a sealed container
Place steak in a zip-top bag or container
Pour marinade over the steak
Marinate in refrigerator for 2-8 hours (don't exceed 8 hours as the meat can become mushy)
Remove steak from marinade and pat dry before cooking
Discard used marinade
