Smoked Cod

Charlie
Delicately smoked cod with a ginger-soy marinade that creates tender, flaky fish with subtle Asian-inspired flavors. The low smoking temperature preserves the cod's natural moisture while infusing it with gentle smoke for an elegant and versatile protein.
