2whole chicken breasts
2tbspBuffalo seasoning
4ounceslight cream cheese
1cupgreek yogurt
½cuphot sauce
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspooncelery salt
¼teaspoonkosher salt
¼teaspooncoarse black pepper
¼spring onion
Instructions
Preheat your smoker to 200°F (93°C). Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and one tablespoon of buffalo seasoning.
Place the chicken breasts directly on the smoker grate (or on a tray if your smoker requires it). Smoke the chicken for 1 hour. Allow the chicken to cool for 10 minutes, and then shred it.
Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Set aside 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
Pour the mixture from the mixing bowl into the baking dish. Top with the rest of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Place the baking dish on the grill grates. Smoke at 350°F for about 30 minutes until the dip is golden brown.
Using an Oven: 350°F. Once it is heated, place the dish in it and cook for 20 to 30 minutes until the top is golden brown and the dip is bubbling.
Let the dip cool. Garnish with sliced green onion. Serve with corn chips or celery sticks.
