Equipment

  • 1 Pit Boss Smoker

Ingredients
  

  • Cauliflower Head
  • Light Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • BBQ Rub optional

Instructions
 

  • Remove the stem from the bottom of the cauliflower. Rinse and pat dry the cauliflower.
  • Place the cauliflower on a cooking tray and coat it with a layer of light olive oil.  Proceed to season it with salt and pepper.
  • You may also use your favorite BBQ rub to season the cauliflower for a more flavor-packed finished product.
  • Flip the cauliflower over to season the other side as well.
  • Preheat your smoker to 230°F.
  • Once you have finished seasoning, place the cauliflower directly in the smoker. Cook until the smoked vegetable is easy to pierce with a fork, for about 2.5 hours.
  • You can start checking for doneness at the 2-hour mark.
  • Let the smoked cauliflower rest for 10 minutes and serve hot with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice!
