Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 12 oz tortilla chips
  • 1 cup black beans drained and rinsed
  • 3/4 cup pico de gallo homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese

Toppings:

  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Chopped fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F
  • Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, breaking it apart
  • Season beef with taco seasoning packet and cook according to package directions
  • Continue cooking until beef is fully browned and cooked through
  • Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large sheet pan
  • Top chips with seasoned ground beef and black beans
  • Sprinkle both cheeses over the top, ensuring even coverage
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles
  • Remove from oven and immediately add dollops of guacamole and sour cream
