Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Carefully peel the onions and cut off the top and bottom. Hollow out the onions by removing the inner layers, creating a shell.
In a large bowl, mix the pork sausage with minced garlic, beaten egg, milk, breadcrumbs, and rub. Combine thoroughly but avoid overmixing.
