Ingredients
  

  • 4 whole skinless chicken breasts (about 6-8 oz each)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne (if using).
  • Place chicken breasts in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Ensure chicken is evenly coated.
  • Refrigerate and marinate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375-450°F).
  • Remove chicken from marinade and discard remaining liquid.
  • Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
