Ingredients
  

For the Meatballs:

  • lbs ground beef 80/20 blend
  • ½ lb ground pork
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 whole large egg beaten
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For the Sauce:

  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the Glaze

  • ¼ cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes until softened.
  • Combine all meatball ingredients in large bowl and mix gently until just combined.
  • Form mixture into 1½-inch meatballs and place on parchment-lined tray.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place meatballs on prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in cast iron skillet and add 2 cups marinara sauce.
  • Transfer baked meatballs to sauce and simmer 5 minutes.
  • Mix glaze ingredients and brush over meatballs during last 2 minutes.
  • Rest meatballs for 3 minutes before serving.
