Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
Remove tuna from refrigerator 15 minutes before cooking
Brush each steak with olive oil, season with salt and pepper
Heat grill to 450°F
Grill 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare or 4-5 minutes per side for well done
Rest 2 minutes before serving
Squeeze fresh lemon over top if desired
