Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano or 1 tsp dried
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

For the Chicken

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6-8 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for grilling

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  • Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over chicken.
  • Seal bag or cover dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours, turning occasionally.
  • Remove chicken from refrigerator 30 minutes before grilling to bring to room temperature.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400-450°F) and oil the grates.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
