Instructions
Place the cedar plank in water and let it soak for 1-2 hours
Rinse the scallops, pat them dry with paper towels, and season with salt.
Season the scallops with black pepper, kosher salt, and olive oil.
Preheat the grill to medium heat
Place the soaked plank on the grill for 10-12 minutes.
Place the scallops on the cedar-planked board with cooking tongs and cover the grill.
Let the scallops cook for 4-5 minutes on each side via indirect heat
