Ingredients
  

  • 18 Scallops
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place the cedar plank in water and let it soak for 1-2 hours
  • Rinse the scallops, pat them dry with paper towels, and season with salt.
  • Season the scallops with black pepper, kosher salt, and olive oil.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat
  • Place the soaked plank on the grill for 10-12 minutes.
  • Place the scallops on the cedar-planked board with cooking tongs and cover the grill.
  • Let the scallops cook for 4-5 minutes on each side via indirect heat
