Ingredients
  

  • 12 whole chicken drumsticks about 3 pounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  • Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels. Place in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
  • Mix all seasonings in a small bowl. Sprinkle over chicken and rub in thoroughly.
  • Arrange drumsticks on the rack with space between each piece.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
  • Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
