Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels. Place in a large bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
Mix all seasonings in a small bowl. Sprinkle over chicken and rub in thoroughly.
Arrange drumsticks on the rack with space between each piece.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
