Ingredients
  

  • 4 whole skinless chicken breasts (about 6-8 oz each)
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Pound chicken breasts to even thickness (about ¾ inch) using a meat mallet.
  • Combine brown sugar, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Drizzle chicken with olive oil and coat thoroughly with the seasoning mixture.
  • Place chicken on prepared baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until caramelized on the outside.
  • Chicken is done when internal temperature reaches 165°F or juices run clear.
  • Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
