Ingredients
  

For the Sliders:

  • 8 whole Hawaiian dinner rolls
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese sliced
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese sliced
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard optional

For the Garlic Butter Topping:

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected as one unit.
  • Layer cheddar and Swiss cheese between roll halves. Spread Dijon mustard if using.
  • Mix melted butter, minced garlic, chives, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Brush garlic butter mixture generously over the top of the rolls.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes until cheese melts completely.
  • Remove foil and bake an additional 3-5 minutes until tops are golden brown.
  • Let cool for 2 minutes, then use a sharp knife to separate into individual sliders and serve immediately.
