- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese freshly shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese freshly shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 4 green onions thinly sliced (divided)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella shredded (for topping)
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a cast iron skillet or oven-safe baking dish.
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
