Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese freshly shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese freshly shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 4 green onions thinly sliced (divided)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella shredded (for topping)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a cast iron skillet or oven-safe baking dish.
  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  • Mix in sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, and all seasonings until fully combined.
  • Fold in cheddar, Monterey Jack, and half the green onions.
  • Spread mixture evenly into your skillet and top with shredded mozzarella.
  • Bake 22–25 minutes until edges are bubbling and top is golden.
  • Scatter remaining green onions over the top and serve immediately with chips, bread, or veggies.
