Grilled Kangaroo Steak
Want to know how to grill kangaroo steaks perfectly? Get it wrong and they come out chewy, get it right and these steaks are delcious!
Servings: 4 servings
- 4 whole Kangaroo Steaks
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Sesame seed oil
Mix crushed garlic cloves, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, and sesame seed oil in a bowl. Place the steaks on the bowl and cover with plastic wrap and let the steak marinate overnight in the fridge
Preheat the barbecue to high heat.
Cook the meat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Let the kangaroo steak rest on a foil for 10 minutes after cooking.
