Honey, Garlic and Lemon Shrimp Grilled on a Himalayan Salt Block

  • 1 whole A Himalayan salt block
  • 1 pounds shrim this will feed for 4 adults as an entree
  • 2 tbsp Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pinch Sea salt and pepper


  • In a medium-sized bowl mix black pepper, 3 crushed garlic cloves, or your favorite seasoning. Add lemon juice, honey, garlic, olive oil, and lemon zest to the bowl. Let the shrimp sit in this marinade for at least 20-30 minutes but ideally 12 hours
  • Heat your grill to medium hot and place your salt block on it. Let it heat for at least 30 minutes,
  • Place the shrimp on the hot Himalayan salt plate.
  • Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on both sides,
